Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped, in most cases, within 3-5 business days.   Special orders and dyed-to-order, including “open order” and Friday shop updates will be shipped, in most cases, within 5-7 business days, but could be 7-10 business days during busy times.  Exceptions will be posted on the website header and/or conveyed via email or other correspondence upon request.

Forbidden Fiber Co. is not liable for what happens to the merchandise after it leaves the studio.  If a package is lost in the mail, we will do our best to help locate it and/or seek insurance payment from the carrier so we can replace it.  

PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING SERVICE (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) BEFORE CONTACTING US in the event that a package is lost.

Forbidden Fiber Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.  No refunds or replacements will be given.  If you have issues with stolen packages, please seek a safe address for shipment and delivery (Post Office Box, work address, etc.).
